These terms apply to the Evervise AI console and to the AI agents Evervise runs for its clients. By signing in you accept them on behalf of the business whose workspace you open. The commercial terms (price, term, notice) are in the agreement between Evervise and that business; where the two differ, the agreement wins.
Evervise provides AI agents that answer a business's customers on the channels the business connects, a console to see and steer what they do, and an operations assistant (Evervise AI) that reads the account and reports to the business. Evervise does not act for the business's customers and does not decide anything on the business's behalf: what the agent may say comes from the business's own knowledge base, rules and approvals.
An account is personal. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. An admin of a workspace may add and remove people in it and is responsible for who has access.
Your business data and your customers' conversations stay yours. We process them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. We keep the console and the agents secure with the care a reasonable provider takes, and we tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach that affects you.
Fees are as agreed with the business. Model usage is metered and shown in the console. Payments by card go through Stripe; by transfer, to the account on the invoice. Credits are not refundable once used.
We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The agents produce their answers with AI and can be wrong; the business remains responsible for what is said to its customers and reviews the agents' work through the console. Our liability to a business for any claim is limited to the fees that business paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Either side may end the service as the agreement says. When it ends, the business can ask for a copy of its data within 30 days, after which we delete it as the privacy policy describes.
When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the business is told by email. Questions: support@evervise.com.
