Evervise AI ("Evervise", "we") runs AI agents that answer customers on behalf of the businesses that hire us ("clients"), and a console in which those businesses see what the agents did. This page says what data we handle, why, and what you can ask of us. Questions go to support@evervise.com.
1. Who this covers
People who sign in to the console. Owners and staff of our clients, and our own team.
Customers of our clients. People who write to a client on a channel the client connected (a website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email). For them, the client is the data controller and we are the processor: we act only on the client's instructions.
2. What we collect, and why
Console accounts. Your email address and name, so you can sign in and so we know who did what. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address and name and nothing else; we do not receive or store your Google password. Passwords set with us are stored only as a salted hash.
Sign-in cookie. One cookie that keeps you signed in for seven days. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts from third parties.
Customer conversations. Messages exchanged between a client's customers and the agent, with the contact's name and identifier on that channel, and where the client connects a shop, the orders needed to answer. This is what the agent works on. We keep it so the client can read what was said, so a person can take over a conversation, and so the client can correct the agent.
Usage records. Which actions the agent took, how many messages and model calls were made, and what they cost, so we can bill the client and so the client can check us.
Payments. Handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we receive a confirmation that a payment happened, the amount, and the payment reference.
3. Who else sees the data
Model providers. To write a reply, the conversation and the client's business facts are sent to a large language model (Anthropic, and other providers reached through OpenRouter). They process it to produce the answer and, under their business terms, do not use it to train their models.
Channel and shop providers. The systems the client already uses (for example the client's CRM, Meta, Shopify) send us the messages and orders and receive the replies. Their own policies apply to what they hold.
Stripe for payments, Google if you choose to sign in with Google.
We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. Where it is kept and for how long
Our servers are in the European Union (Helsinki, Finland). Conversation data is kept while the client's account is active and for up to 90 days after it closes, then deleted. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Console accounts are deleted when the client removes them or the account closes.
5. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, or object to a use of it. Write to support@evervise.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are a customer of one of our clients, you can also ask the client directly and they will instruct us. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your data protection authority.
6. Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that matters to you will also be sent to the email on your console account.
